Shiny Rule

Item details

Shiny Rule (Surgeon) is a Shiny variant of the Exclusive Spark unit in Roblox Anime Vanguards, specializing in precision attacks, Rupture effects, and crowd control. His Surgical Precision passive applies Rupture when attacking enemies afflicted with Wanted and increases his damage by 50% against enemies already affected by Rupture. His Master of Zone ability unlocks three unique zones with different effects. Whenever he activates a zone, five rocks spawn within it, and each attack while rocks remain triggers one rock to follow up, dealing 50% of his damage and stunning the target for 2 seconds. With powerful damage bonuses against Ruptured enemies and additional attacks that inflict Stun, Shiny Rule (Surgeon) is a valuable addition to any Anime Vanguards team.
